I have a new to me 1998 D5M LGP serial number 3CR000822. 10,200 hours Runs perfect, tight blade, BRAND new undercarriage (all of it). BUT my gauges are fluttering (not working) and after running for a short while all dash activities cease to exist. It'll actually start doing the key on buzzer every once in a while. Here's the weird thing. If you crank it and run it all day the machine is fine. But if you kill it at any giving time and re-crank. The park brake light doesnt illuminate but will still release with the switch. After tracking for a short distance it will throw itself into park. So I've got some weird stuff happening. Also it reset the hour meter to 0. Original hours can still be read on computer tho. The active service codes are as followed. 030 110F08, 030 255F55, 030 324F06, 030 819F02. Please anything helps!!
Some clarification, the 4 gauge cluster completely quits working after a while. The right side will start illuminating random warnings and that'll go on for a while.
All your Active Codes are in the Monitor System (030) 110 F08 - Coolant Temp Sensor, signal outside expected range. 324 F06 - Action Lamp, current above normal. 819 F02 - Main Display voltage below normal. 255 F55 makes no sense. Can you check and confirm please. You'll need the electrical schematic. I'll send you a copy.
Sorry forgot to attach the troubleshooting procedures for the other three Codes
Wiring harnesses on those were the pits. I don't recall ever looking at one of those that didn't have electrical issues.
