D5M Hydraulic Overheating

I have a D5M that my hydraulic temp guage starts running hot to red after about 2 hrs of operation.. I have changed filter and blown radiator out. Engine temp is perfect I put a laser temp reader and said 146 degrees when it was touching red. Need suggestions on next step. Thank you!

This is a schematic of a Implement HYD System on a similar machine. No cooling device is present. Assuming that u have a real high temp condition, that is due to a load being contantly present at the pump, that should give u noises related to pump operation. Test and inspect Cut off valve system(high press stall), and load sense valve system, both valves are at pump. What i can tell for sure is, with engine idling and stopped implements, u shoud see low press stand-by somewhere in the 30BAR region, and operating a cylinder in stall condition in the 200BAR region. So u need pressure test gages, check that out and come back, members may help with proper schematics for your machine.

146 degrees is pretty normal operating temp for hydraulics. Find it odd to be in the red at that temperature. Not sure on your application though.

Where exactly on the hydraulic system were you taking that temperature reading.?
