G'day and welcome. Attached are the trouvbleshooting procedures for 691-07 and 692-07. See where they take you. You will need to check pressures on the transmission. If you need specifications or a procedure please ask. Something in the back of my mind tells me that either the service brake pedal position sensor or the pedal travel limit switch can be inoperative or defective and NOT set a Diagnostic Code. I will send you an electrical schematic so that you can test the function of both the aforementioned so keep an eye on your messages. You will need a multimeter capable of measuring Duty Cycle because the pedal position sensor is a PWM type.

Some snippets of information. 1. Brake pedal switch contacts should be OPEN with the pedal in the UP position. The switch contacts should close only when the brake pedal is pressed down to almost the bottom of its travel. This switch effectively signals the ECM to dump the parking brake pressure and applies the PB when the pedal is pressed right down. If the switch contacts are permanently closed the park brake will always be on. 2. Service brake pedal position sensor duty cycle should be in the range of 8% to 37% with the pedal in the UP position. With the pedal pressed fully down the duty cycle should be a minimum of 61%.
