I've got to change a side sliding glass on an SGG D6N. 203-7742 (#4 in image one), part of the 166-2104 window group. Do I have to unbond the aluminum frame, like the door slider on a 324D? Or does the frame split at the red arrow? Machine is at a secure site and no local glass man has security clearance, and I really don't wanna haul it out or go through the hassle of escorting/ babysitting a glass man, with a supervisor. It's -5°F right now, and it looks to not hit 20°F for a couple ofgroup.
Can't say for certain on this one but they are usually repairable in situ. It's fairly common to have to pull out the weatherstrip and remove countersunk screws hidden behind.
