new to the forums so if im doing something wrong let me know. i have 3 codes that were on the machine when i bought it 030 0248.02 030 0600.04 113 0622.02 The machine runs great but after about 2 to 3 hours of hard pushing the tc heats up and i have to stop and run it at a fast idle for 6 to 10 min to cool down then it heats up after 15 to 20 min. Any info would be great thanks
Does the SERV CODE icon on the display stay lit up after the initial power-on test when you turn the key on, or does it go out..? 030.0248.02 is the Cat Datalink on the Monitor system 030.0600.04 is the hydraulic oil temp sensor on the monitor system 113.0622.02 is the transmission upshift switch in the Power Train ECM.
The service code stays on The hydraulic temp gauge does not work so i am guessing thats why. What is the cat data link?
Data exchange system between the various ECMs on the machine. Post a S/N and I’ll send you the troubleshooting procedure for the hydraulic temp sensor. If you switch your monitor to service mode it will scroll through the three Codes one after the other. Any Code that is Active the SERV CODE icon will light up. You might find the Click Box thread in the Shop Talk forum a good read. You’ll be either making or McGyvering one eventually.
