older model D7 military dozer SN 75e364 I was told it is a 48a The decelerator linkage is connected and looks correct but the governor does not reduce the RPM I cannot find drawings or a repair procedure for the governor I have been advised not to dissemble the governor but cannot find anyone who has information on a repair
75E 0364 is the same as a 48A6393 to 6582. The decelerator is covered in in the D7 Service Manual for s/n 47A3396-up and 48A6393-up. Manual can usually be found on ebay.
