D9H brake / steering clutch help

Hi all D9H 90v Left brake won’t engage in reverse It locks up hard in forward , won’t ease on just catches hard Also I have noticed pulls slightly to the right under full load This was one of the models where the left pedal acted like a clutch , it isn’t working either
