Been looking at historical sale prices at auction and it seems like the D and E series trucks sell at a similar price point for similar hours despite the e series being newer. Besides the emissions aspect are there other issues with the Es that affect reliability and hence resale? Anyone have any real world experience for why one series is better than the other?
The "D" series truck was built by Bell. The Bell is Mercedes/ Alison and the Deere e uses John Deere engines and ZF Transmissions if I'm not mistaken.
