Hey guys I have a 2014 Deere 210G that has suddenly lost down pressure. All other functions work fine but the boom will not lift the machine off the ground. I have removed and inspected the boom lift spool, seemed to be fine. Not sure what to check next. Any suggestions or schematics would be greatly appreciated!
How about the circuit relief valve?
Any ideas as to which relief valve is for this function?
It is on the bottom of the 4 spool side of the control valve. Just follow your rod end hose back to the control valve. The relief will be sticking straight out the bottom below that hose. Check your messages.
SO i swapped the boom down relief valve with the bucket curl relief valve right next to it. Still the same problem. There is an electrical plug at the bottom of the boom spool, this is my next guess to try. Do you know what this plug controls? Thanks again!
That is the boom up pressure sensor. Not your issue. If boom down to lift the machine and simultaneously feather the arm out, will it lift the machine? With the machine raised and the function lever in neutral, will the machine drift back down on its own (both engine on or engine off)? Check your messages.
The retainer in your message was the issue! Thank you so much for your help
