Deere 270D LC Fuel pressures

703480 Good morning fellow fixers, Hope to find someone who may have access to a manual. I ordered what was supposed to be a shop manual and the only sent me the test manuals, no repair. But the test manuals don't have what im looking for either which is fuel pressure ratings. Seems to starve for fuel intermittently. Checked everything leading up to high pressure pump. Replaced low pressure pump, filters, re-sealed filters housings, back blew lines, drained off the bottom of the tank, etc. Runs great for a while and out of no where every once in a while its bogs out, sometimes it dies, sometimes it slowly comes back to life. dont know if im losing it on the low pressure or high pressure side. Havent installed a clear piece of hose on the low pressure side to see if i start seeing bubbles or anything yet. Tank seems to be in good shape.

You most likely needed CTM320. Low pressure fuel system pressure should be 4 psi plus. If you have the Operation & Test manual TM2320, follow instructions to go into the service menu and check for codes. Post if any.

Did manage to get it to throw a 94-17 code briefly. Tank was pretty low on fuel so i decided to drain it down further to get a better look at the condition of the bottom. Found a good sized flake of paint in very close proximity to the fuel feed. Removed it and going to test again. Id say i likely found the culprit.
