My ct322 usually charges at about 14.2 with the parking brake engaged, usually drops to around 13.6 or so when disengaged.

Sounds like a bad connection or your charging system is barely working... bad alternator/loose belt/loose connection to alt,batt,buss....

it is normal to see a voltage drop in the monitor when the park brake is released like Kxnate said on that model but not quite that big of a drop. Do you have a digital voltmeter? With long jumpers so you can sit in the seat or get a helper and measure voltage at the battery while the engine is running with the park brake engaged and then released, both at idle and at around half throttle. Report the results.
