volvo ec55d, when operating the dipper arm inwards, i let go of the joystick and it carrys on moving only slow for about another 2ft, it doesnt matter whether its high up in the air its just moves about 2ft then comes to an halt so i know its not down to the weight of the arm, moving it outwards totally fine and all other controls are ok... any advice given would be much appreciated
Sounds like control valve may be sticking a little
Does your machine have a fine control or soft function control option?
Lift the boot off your dipper control lever....and see if the valve "button" comes up all the way or if its is slow coming up. They do get sticky sometimes
