Hi, we are borrowing a 416B backhoe. Where is the disconnect switch for the battery. Some thing is drawing down the battery, so far we know the hour meter runs when shut down. Also the transmission neutralizer button doesn't seem to be working on both the gear shifter or the bucket. Any help would be apprieciated.
Most 416b don't have a disconnect switch. The hour meter is triggered by output from the R terminal on the alternator. You may have an alternator problem causing your battery drain when not running. There is a ten amp fuse for the neutralizer. Check that first. Fuses should be on the right side of the cab near the key switch. #14 is for the neutralizer
