I am replacing the left side main shaft bearing. Ser # VN0656 I have the gearbox off ; looking at the flat plate held onto the drum with 6 8 mm bolts. Plate doesn't want to come free. I think the plate holds the rubber gearbox mount as well as the shaft bearing. What would be the best way to get this plate free ? Possibly thread a couple bolt holes to push it apart or a little heat . I don't want to ruin the rubber ring as it is still good. Thanks, Terry
