This thing went from no leaks to nearly spraying out when under pressure between the end cap/cylinder joint. Shockingly no leaks at the ram even though it looks pretty rough, its actually alot smoother then it looks. I've rebuilt plenty of cylinders but I've never seen one like this. The three bolts on the end don't seem to do anything when tightened or loosened and the end cap spins freely without getting any tighter. There is an allen head on cylinder about 4 inches from the end of the cylinder not sure if maybe thats a set screw in a groove. Just wanted to see if anybody has any experience with this style or tips for pulling the cap before I tear into it.
