Early 90’s Volvo L90 Wheel Loader – Hydraulics wander in the cold weather

Thanks ahead of time for any help you can give me. Here is my issue - While driving around our salvage yard, the forks on our loader are constantly tilting up and down. The issue has become worse as the ambient temperature gets cooler.
