eaton fuller 2610`any thing special about them other than being big and heavy ?
I think yer talking about the super 10. Main box is same as everyone else, rear section is where things are weak, in comparison. Synchros take a beating behind higher hp engines
Do you have the full model number, something like FRO 16210C? Actually the super 10's were fairly tough given the fact as simple as it was to shift, average drivers crash shifted them the first go round. If it's a standard 10 there isn't much to go wrong.
looks to be a standard 10 spd. simple hi-lo button on the shifter but looking at it from bottom up the case looks much bigger than say a 14610. will look at the whole number list tomorrow
The super 10's have the same length back section as a 13, and the overall length is exactly the same as 13 from bell surface to center of yoke.
just caught my mistake thats supposed to be 21610
21610 ? The biggest in torque value rating is a RTLO 18610B. But anyway the length of a 13sp and a super 10 is from bell edge to center of yoke {38.5"} Maybe what you have is a RTF 12610.
could be gotta look closer. maybe a misprint
that 38.5 is good to know also the co. has been talking about replacing a super 10 with a 13 spd. in a mack
nothing rare just 1&2 reversed on the tag` plain old 12610
