Hello, I'm the owner of a software company that provides an equipment rental booking tool. I would like to get an understanding of what smaller companies are using for online bookings. Some of the companies that I have worked with seem to do things the old fashioned way - provide quotes over the phone and everything is still done on paper. So, I can improve my software, what type of feature do you expect in an online booking system? Something that would help you move from paper to the cloud. I'm creating a poll to help me with this...
