Anyone have a heavy equipment tracking system they recommend? Right now, tracking everything on a spreadsheet - maintenance, location, hours, etc. Taking a lot of my time. I've seen QR codes on equipment that I assume scans to show everything about it, but haven't actually used one yet to know how good it is and if it's really expensive.

Samsara is what we use.
I hear good things about Samsara. It’s popular around these parts. I had set up Saltchuk with Fleetio before I left. I had a few complaints with Fleetio, but it worked fairly well. I’d consider using Fleetio again.
