The county's engineers gave me 7 day's to submit a site plan, and erosion control plan, is that normal ? Also they said that they can fine $ 1,000 day. Also the plans have to be from a certified engineers. Advice please. Sam.
Any decent civil designer should be able to make you a erosion control plan. Did you start tearing up a site with out one and without silt fencing/erosion control? If the site is still natural I don't know how there could be a time frame on penalities. The erosion Gods can be a bear at times.
They , the county permitted me , and then said that l had moved or disturbed over the amount of the permit. Also the VA , state Road people said that I had to clean out the ditches through the next property owner's land to get to the pipe under the road.
