ex 100 not tunring off

Hi i have ex100-2 that doesnt turn off with the key any ideas? if i turn it off then unplug the alternator it will stop. or if i cut the blue-yellow wire it will stop can i just wire the blue-yellow straight to alterntor waring light chhers for any help
