EX 120-2 manual pump regulator

I have a mid 90's ex 120-2, bought it with a bad engine, replaced engine on site. blew a pilot hose when transporting it home and after getting the left joystick pilot hoses replaced, the real problem started. typical no swash control problems. Recently had someone come out and hook up with latest software. He said all indications point to PVC not sending ground pulse to solenoids. We've been through the solenoid swap, angle sensor checks, DP sensor checks and wiring checks. AT $2400+ for an OE pvc, we elected to try after market for less that 1/4 the price. First and second attempt show no change and it appears the pvc is not even powering up. Looking into the manual load sense modification. Anyone installed one and how is it working? Thanks Mike
