so here we are again, this time ive decided to make a couple videos of the problems to give whoever can help me a better picture of my sh*tsuation.. the machines loading up and stalling the engine, and jolting as seen in the video. all movement's load the motor hard including the thumb. ive made a video of the codes im seeing on my computers, keep in mind these are new computers with all new wiring harness's along with new hp solinoids, new angle sensor, new rpm sensor, and new preasure sensor, new alternator. some new sensors could be faulty or not working properly, I know my angle sensor is not adjusted property hence why the bolts are not seen in the video.. the codes should tell me whats wrong if I can find out what the faults are for them. the machines temporarily rigged with a manual throttle, as the ec motor for the throttle isn't working. CODES - PVC - 4 FAST FLASHES 5 FAST FLASHES 2 SLOW FLASHES 2 SLOW FLASHES 2 FAST FLASHES 2 SLOW FLASHES 6 FAST FLASHES 2 SLOW FLASHES 4 FAST FLASHES CODES EC - 4 FAST FLASHES 5 FAST FLASHES codes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiBlHRKLXQE symtoms http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqjKKO4s2bc

If you know the angle sensors are not adjusted properly and the throttle has a problem, why are you trying to fix anything ?? The angle sensors and the throttle stepping motor are a part of the circuit to control engine rpm, pump flow along with the PVC and EC controller. If the circuit isn`t complete how do you expect to find the problm ??? I do believe the boxes need to be bolted down as thet use the case for the circuit ground. As for the fault codes you will need to find them in a service manual.

well actually toby spitzer is running his -2 with a manual throttle, not using the ec motor. and with the angle sensor tilted all the way back and pinning the middle wire 6.1 volts is the lowest I can get it with the bolts in place.. needs to be 4.5. I've heard pinning that wire isn't the most accurate way to do so.

I dont have a clue how youre seeing 6.1 volta at the angle sensor when the most available from a PVC is 5 volts. I PM'd you some names of top notch techs....its time to get a pro onsite.
