EX200 Front Idler

Hi everyone, I'm working on an Hitachi EX200 Excavator. The front idler bearing has collapsed and before I go any further I'm wondering how to dismantle it. It requires new bearings and the shaft is badly worn (flat on front side). Would really appreciate any advice on how to dismantle the idler and fit new bearings and shaft. Dave

    Dave Not worth rebuilding, try after market or used.
