Hello all, Looking to replace hand throttle ,have anybody replaced one before?i guess I need to take out operators seat and such to get at the throttle lever .Is there anything to watch out for in there?Is this a big job for a novice mechanic?Has anybody bought and new cable before ,if so where…having problems searching one out …Thanks a bunch

Yes that is a good candidate for pull and get new one made.
