Depending on the YEAR & WHAT ENGINE u have.. its probably just a bad connection.. but if not, swap the relay.

Sounds like electrical to me also. Its a matter of finding it.

If i change the relay to check whether its good or bad, can i replace it with the heater relay? its also having 4 terminals as well as the *** dwn relay but its appearane little different.will this be a bad idea ?

Probably if its the same relay, there should be some kind of ID or rating numbers on them. Clicking relays happen from bad grounds or inconsistent power supply...…….or from a shutoff coil that is out of the electrical parameters its designed for. Wire chaffing is a problem also that can cause all of them.

Grounding of this relay doing by controller, to check that if i remove the relay and connect test bulbe between the power supply wire and ground wire goes through the controller if the grounding happens correctly test bulbe should eluminate. In this manner can i check it or is this a wrong thing to do. Because at the moment i dont have a correct relay to change.if this happens as i mentioned above (eluminates the bulbe) can i guess that the problem is shutdown relay...
