I had a leaker develop yesterday on my hoe bucket cylinder hose on my 410G.Finally,after struggling for over an hour trying to crack the fitting loose from the solid line,I realized something was wrong.Appears that for whatever reason,some gorilla at Deere used red loctite on the threads and overtightened the connection. The threads on both the male and female were completely shot. Jesco wanted over $300 for that 7' solid line--5/8'',which is ridiculous.I made it up in flexible line,had to rework some hold downs/clamps,but that wasn't too difficult.Deere should be ashamed for this fiasco--I think I'm going to send them the fittings so they can see the error of their ways.
