Hello! We have a C15 Engine with this fault code ,there is new sensors ,new harness and still we have this code? The Engine is running well?
Check wiring to sensor. Make sure polarity to sensor is correct.if engine was timed in number six in stead of number one it will through this code.if you Google caterpillar code 261-11 .first search that comes up you find a trouble chart for it.type mining-equipment-world.blogspot.com and will come up.
