Anyone know the correct size battery or CCA needed for a Fiat Allis FD5 dozer. My batteries are shot and What is in it doesn’t fill up the box so I’m wondering if they are even correct size. Just trying to make sure I get the correct cca
I don't know the battery size, or the specified CCA. If it's 12V, then I'd put in one new group 31 fleet battery (700-750CCA from your local truck shop). That should start it 365 days a year in SC, last as long as two of them together as long as it starts decent, last longer than one or two higher CCA lightweight batteries.
What year is the dozer?
I have no clue in the year. I posted some serial number one time and someone said they could tell me year but I never heard back.
