That's it alright. The road has surely been repaved in recent history but imagine this was from the original paving. It's location for anyone interested.
I remember the old Hyster's that had only two drums front and rear with hitches and road tires to pull them from job to job.

There were thousands of them around in their day. The ones pictured here have the more modern roller wheels that can be filled with water for extra weight, other maybe earlier versions had spoked wheels. Buffalo Springfield was one popular brand here in the US.
