Start with the serial number for the unit that way we can get the proper manual, however if it does not extend I would start by asking does it have extendable axles, if so it may not know that they are extended so it will cut out extension and lift beyond a certain height. There are several limit switches for that model as well along the boom, check that all of them are in working order.

I would start with the simple stuff first. Try investigating the extendable axles, they may be extended but the sensors may be telling the computer the axles are not out.

a couple things: what all functions properly? will the primary boom raise and lower? Jib functions work? platform and turntable rotate functioning? will it drive, steer? when turned on at the ground controls, what version software is displayed on the screen? scroll through the menu to check boom angle, turntable sensor X and Y status, platform level etc... press + and - at the same time and scroll to "axle status". it will display extended or retracted.

All functions work on it perfectly I haven't checked the screen to see if computer is recognizing axles having been extended but according to the basket side it's not flashing in controls like it normally would when the axles wasn't extended, however I did find no power going to the boom extend sequence valve also that two of the coil plugs has broken resisters internally of the plug and thank you for the tips

If you can elevate the boom fully then it know the axles are extended, I would start by looking for errors that come up at the base when you are doing the function in question, if there is no error the pull the upper control panel and on the alc board there will be a flash code for the error if it is recognizing one, read that code. Is it joystick or switch controlled for the boom extend on
