Genie TMZ50 0015 Fault

Good afternoon all, I recently obtained a Genie TMZ50/30 Towable Boom, and it has been upgraded to blue boards. We continue to have a 0015 code, but if i take the ground control touchpad loose, the 0015 disappears and platform controls work. This would be fine, but I cannot operate the outriggers. They are currently extended and I cannot retract them. I can occasionally get the ground control touchpad connected without a code, but the pad still does not function. Does anybody have any experience with this piece of equipment? Please let me know if anybody has any suggestions or remedies. Thanks.
