Genie z45/25 Blinking red light on ground control panel

Is the red light below the key supposed to be flashing or on at all when machine is running?

    If Ford Dual Fuel the answer is no. If Deutz Diesel the answer is no.

    The light with the engine and oil can. It has Ford gas/propane engine. The light wasn't on last time I used it. The machine has sat for a couple months now and I notice oil on rims coming from hubs. Left side wheels 1 front 1 rear. Any ideas?
