Im heading to the local Native reserve in the morning to smash a two story 5 bedroom house with the 320with thumb and cab gaurd. Anyone got any tips been a long time since i did a house demo.
Theres really no wrong way to knock a house down lol. i normally just chomp away at it one bite at a time I dont like knocking them down 100% and loading out of the basement. Pj
I did one one friday in Alberta beach. Start at the roof cave it in, in the front, push the front wall in hreak up,push the sides in and break up into small pieces. Next the bacnk wall. This way all your mess is always in the middle of the house Powerjoke is right if you load it as you hual it away you can break it up better what reserve are you at?
I have no trucks till the next morning but the customer wants it down the day before the trucks show up. yay so im guna have to smash it all into the basment. I was asked buy on person there today if i can seperate the copper wire and stuff out with the hoe lol

No go on the smashy smashy today i was told that to save on trucking and tipping fees they wanted to dig a hole and bury the house. But could not figure out to witch place said hole was to be dug. And no im not kidding when they could not figure out if they should dig the hole behind the house or beside it. Hoe was paid for a full day and never even started it

said to be back for first thing in the morning. The sad part is the band cheif wanted the hole dug beside the house the goverment rep who is in charde of the demo wants it dug behind the house and they had to leave and have a meeting. so i fixed tthe door lock on the hoe cause there was alot of attn to it lol
And i was literally asked by the chief HEY white boy should we dig the hole beside or behind. I politley said what ever you like chief LOL

already got a call late last night that the hole is to be dug across the street or gravel road and hauled there from the demo site then it is to be burned and the concrete from the foundation will be put on top and coverd with the clay from the hole and there is to me a mound left so that no one will in the future dig there. and im given 4 days to do this mmmm guna be making puppies on this one

My wife takes pics for a living so me and my bro have her D50 camera so my bro can take wicked pics if this house ever does get torn down.

Its a goverment job not worried bout gettin paid there just pushing us around cause they can now but im home early now so extra time spent with my son so its not all bad

I'm spending quality time with the in-laws. The economy crapped out in Iceland. My in-laws have some land to develop so that should keep me busy for a while. Believe me, I want to get back home. My father and brother are a couple months into a small project over in Ridgefield. :usa
Got the hole dug today big enough for the three houses total to come down at some point Didnt get house one done today cause i blew a boom cyl seal pack mech came out but didnt get it done till 4:30 so if the planets are in the right order i might get it down by the end of the month lol
