Grade setting not working

I have a 320 cat ex and I cant get the grade setting to activate its showing dark Grey and wont let me click it

    Serial number serial number serial number. You'll get nothing without the serial number. Joe H

    X2 on the serial number. Are you trying to use Cat 2D grade or GPS?

    HEX machine i'm assuming? Does it have any active codes or events? Exactly what function (2D or 3D) are you trying to access?

    Try Recalibrate your bucket. Had a bucket that wouldn’t work on 2d but others would. Just went through set up. if measurements are there click through do the two with a level and see. Hope that works for u
