have problems jlg 40rts

well guys i have a 2003 jlg rts 40i was useing it just out of no were it shut off i have no power on the side controls or the top controls and some times i get power but it sounds if the batter it dead so i replace it still the same problem lmk ....thanks

    Follow the ground wire from the battery to the engine, from the engine to the chassis and then at the lower control box. Clean and tightly attach the connections. Do the same for the Positive lead from the battery to the Starter and from there to the lower control box and other connections. "All of a sudden", "sometimes", and "out of nowhere" usually end up being loose or filthy connections. once this is verified, we can start in with the fun stuff!

    Mojo is spot on, more than once I have found bad battery ground connections. Don't just "visually" inspect it, take the battery frame connection loose, clean it, and reconnect. So many times, bad cable terminal connections will shut down all operations of a machine.
