    look up johnson bar on the internet. standard item for riggers and machinery movers.

    Also look up demo bar or railroad bar

    Yes, a Johnson Bar (or lever dolly). And if you have to move something heavy a good distance across a floor, 4 machinery moving dollies are handy.
