I blew the rear diff on my old 1979 International S1954 6 ton highway plow truck. I’m having trouble extrapolating the info I need from the various marking to help me search for a salvaged rear end. I’ve attached the vehicle data plate, the rear axle data plate, some rear diff markings, and ring gear markings. So far I’ve determined: Eaton 2 speed diff in a Rockwell axle 47-7 ratio (6.71:1) Any help would be awesome!
