Help is there anyone mechanically inclined around Omaha

I bought a tow behind sheepsfoot packer at an auction in Omaha and I need the hitch and back brace taken off to get this thing in proper transport dimensions. It consist of taking 4 big nuts off the main pins or if the main pins are welded then using a cutting torch. Do you know of anyone I could hire to do this, and as soon as possible?
