well my old freightliner's tailgate and latches have given up the ghost. 9 years of dirt, concrete and screenings have finished it off. i have wanted a barn door tailgate for years for demo and mostly the ability to haul tree limbs. i recently aqcuired a skid steer and lots of attachments, and then purchased a takeuchi tb135 mini ex. i enjoy watching equipment videos on youtube, and they have given me the idea of being able to haul equipment and attachments in the bed. in theory, i could haul my d4c dozer and mini ex. on my tag trailer, and then haul my skid steer and fuel cell in the bed of my dump truck, all in one trip. i have found two barn door add-on kits so far: CTEinc in rehoboth, maryland, and Beau-roc inc. also considering calling davis beds in arkansas since they are very close to me, and i have one of their excellent beds on my other truck. if anyone has suggestions as to where to buy a kit please let me know. some pictures and opinions would be greatly appeciated.

Be careful hauling the fuel cell, even if empty, unless it has been purged it will require hazmat endorsement if over 1,000 pound capacity. For some reason the farmers around here must be exempt from that rule judging by the amount of fuel that they haul in the back of a pickup.
