I have a Highlander forklift model # 644b-42 that will not level after having the frame tilt cylinder rebuilt and the tech replaced the valves in the cylinder which were not bad originally nothing else was done to the system except for the rebuild and the valve replacement no weird noises and now if you switch the lines from one valve to the other it just tilts the opposite direction
