Got a wee problem with this little tractor and can't find any information on due to its age. The rev counter drive on the side of the engine isn't turning the cable. I've also noticed that the valve rockers seem dry. Is there any mechanical association between the engine oil pump and the rev counter drive? I'd dearly like to get this little tractor up and running without stuffing the engine. The engine is a Toyosha CS 100 and apparently sold as an individual item driving water pumps and generators.
