Did you check for codes by jumping the diagnostic connector shown below and reading the blink codes? You didn't connect/disconnect any electrical connectors to the EC motor while the key was on, I hope? That will fry the new EC controller. Do the lights on both the controllers flash once a second? With the ignition off, disconnect the EC motor connector. Then key on. Do you have 24 volts to any of the EC motor wires?

Haven’t jumped the diagnostics connector yet, no voltage out to stepper motor , checked loom and that’s good back to ec controller , checked loom from ec to relay Changed relay all good

Also the engine stop motor is faulty would that have any impact on the engine conftrol motor ?

If the EC motor is new, then I doubt there is an issue with that. Is there voltage out of the EC relay and is it getting to the EC Controller?

Yes voltage is out of relay when I checked it at f2, f3 and f5 I was getting 28V , thought that should be 24-25 v

A 24 volt system can charge at up to 28.5 volts.

Tried that not getting anything at 102 and 106

If it is getting through the relay at terminal 5, then there is a wiring issue between the two.
