Installed conversion kit on hitachi ex120-2. Pump was rebuilt just prior to my purchase. Pump stalling engine when using mutiple functions. Changing shims does not make a difference. Swash plate servo is moving when checked by hand. Feel the valve i put on isnt sending the signal to lower servo to unload pump. Enginge freshly rebuilt with fuel pump rebuilt injectors. Also entire fuel system cleaned and hoses replaced. Engine seems to runs strong pump... any advice is appreciated.
Did the machine work correctly before the kit was installed? What was the conversion for? Did you check pressures? Did you install the kit?
Machine doing same thing prior to conversion install. Wiring and all connectorscin bad shape reason for mechanical conversion. Its seems better after. Conversion but still stalling out when using dual functions. Have not checked preasures yet been raining solid week here. Checking pilot pressure first. Then working from there.
