The delivery pressure of both pumps of Hitachi ZX200-5G excavator only increases to a maximum of 12Mpa. There is also a lot of noise. The machine is very slow..What could be the reason for this?
What’s the Pump1 and Pump2 control pressures? Should be around 3.0-3.4 mpa Slow performance along with a lot of noise is concerning. Pumps starving for oil maybe, suction screen in the hydraulic tank plugged ? Both pumps trashed ? Remove the hydraulic return filter, check for debris.
Check relief valve, restriction, low oil level
