Hai, recently my hitachi excavator develop this strange problem where it start to judder after end of each swing.( when feathering the control )Not each time but very often, no judder if I pull or push hard the joystick when turning and stop quickly.. Checked the monitor and no code too, could the cushion valve sticking? anyone experienced this before?
Many times on Deere/ Hitachi machines I have come across with complaints of strange grunting,groaning,shuddering sounds or sensations as the upperstructure is coming to a stop is caused by a lack of grease between the swing gear box pinion and the internal gear of the swing (slew) bearing.
