We have the Hitachi ZX350LCK-5G excavator. Recently we are facing a problem with the machine RPM. Machine RPM decreasing but not increasing. When i decrease the RPM it goes down but when i try to increase it doesn't go UP again when turn down the RPM it goes more down and shut off. I tried the stepper motor calibration. After calibration it starts at 1950 rpm even the throttle dial is in low position.
