How to hook up an electric starter on a 1958 d7 17a.

I bought a 1958 d7 17a that was converted to electric start, but the wires are not all attached. To demonstrate that the engine wasn't locked up, the previous owner used to car batteries and 2 screwdrivers to jump start it/roll the engine over. Can anyone tell me how to connect the starter and starter solenoid from the attached picture? Also, it had a turbo charger that was not working. I understand that the dozer had a turbo added to it to increase the hp to 140 from 100 hp. Can I start it or even run it without the turbocharger? Thank you.
