Trying to attach picture to topic
Well on a phone you don't drag it like it says
Part of your problem may be on a phone you can't see the top right and the bottom left....at the same time Start at the top right when the circle stops spinning if it did not fail a frame will appear on the bottom left no use pushing " done" if there's no picture of a photo frame (With a question mark in it) in the lower left hand corner
Open a topic and with a phone you use "go advanced" Below that it says "manage attachment s" click that
