How do i get the back pin out of my case crawler loader hydraulic cylinder. do i need any special tool or puller. The front is held by a C clip but the back seem to be held in with a bolt and washer.
The lower pin has a flange welded to it with a bolt/washer/bolt spacer bushing under the washer holding it in place. Be safe and support loader with the loader cylinder brace installed on the other side if needed, cribbing, some other means if loader is raised to do a removel of the cylinder. Once pressure is off the cylinder, remove hardware, support cylinder, work pin out with prybar. Depending on wear on the pin, you can spin the flange to assist removel.
